Cutting, Sewing & Finishing
We provide the cost estimate within 48 hours of receiving the spec sheet, tech pack, or physical sample, along with the order quantity. Pricing depends on many factors, such as styling, sizes, trim & accessories, and more. We ensure the best price and quality by negotiating individually with vendors across our space, providing high value at low cost.
Printing & Embroidery
Our factories can print on various garments, cut panels, and fabrics as such, we offer a wide range of placement prints such as pigment, rubber, discharge, glitter, afsan, and many more, along with embroidery in different colors, RE, digital prints, and sublimation prints.
Yarns & Fabrics
Our team carefully selects the highest-quality fabrics from certified, trusted spinning mills all across Bangladesh, as well as importing exotic fabrics as needed. By doing this, we ensure that we achieve the desired fabric quality and can meet customer’s requirements by weaving the fabric with various customized materials and designs without compromising the fabric.
Patterns & Grading
Our patterns are created from a combination of computer-aided design and manual methods on paper, based on spec sheets, tech packs, and physical samples. Due to our flexibility, we can make necessary adjustments to all measurements based on customer feedback, and if needed, we can provide patterns to the customer.
Trims & Accessories
Our extensive backward linkage in Bangladesh ensures quality. We customize trims & accessories according to the customer’s design specifications-including branded items with logos. Every trim and accessory goes through rigorous quality checks at each stage, and we offer testing services as per customer requirements.
Process & Quality
Production Planning
After receiving confirmation, we initiate the planning process by collaborating with our raw material vendors while simultaneously coordinating with our factory to create a production timeline that meets the customer’s expectations. To ensure the timely completion of each order, our team diligently monitors all raw material imports into the warehouse. To ensure our pledge to our customers, we closely supervise the production process and provide regular updates on the production status to the customer.
Quality Control
Quality is our top priority. This begins with our in-house Optical Control Team checking the quality of yarn for the clothing from there, we have Optical Components in the production line and a final Quality Control section, where we utilize our Critical Control Technology to approve all necessary quality checks, such as fabric hand feel, color shade, and more. Only the highest quality garments are shipped to the customer.
Testing & Reporting
We conduct fabric tests on all items before approval of shipment. These tests evaluate strength, abrasion resistance, stiffness, drape, crease recovery, pilling, color fastness, and shrinkage. We provide detailed reports to our customers along with their shipments, ensuring our quality and pledge to our customers.

Prototypes & Samples
Our factory is capable of producing several types of samples, including development samples, fit samples, design confirmation samples, and more. We follow the standard protocol of having each sample approved before proceeding to further stages in the development process. We prioritize this approval, as it helps us ensure our pledge to supreme quality and customer satisfaction.
